Ks|associates is a partnership comprising management staff and experts with substantial experience in internationally oriented industrial companies, banks and consultancies. Our team is complemented by a pool of experienced interim managers who are deployed to work on specific projects. Through its predecessor companies, IKUB Ingolf Knaup Unternehmensberatung GmbH and SMB Scharpff Managementberatung, ks|associates has been working successfully in consulting since the nineties. We see ourselves as specialized consultants offering top quality services for private medium-sized companies in growth and crisis phases. For many years we have been operating successfully at the interface between companies and their financial partners, e. G. Banks and other investors. Our insight into the needs and possibilities of both sides enables us to find viable solutions even in difficult situations. Ks|associates has no external investors, is not obligated in any way to third parties, and does not represent the interests of manufacturers. Our sole commitment is to the specifics of the matter in hand. Ks|associates is a member of the German consulting association, the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU e. V. Which is the leading body representing professionally organized consultancies. We operate entirely in accordance with the stringent professional guidelines set out by the BDU.
